SiriMote is a freeware application, which means you can download and use it without limitations for free. The code for it will be open sourced soon. The remote works with Bluetooth, so it should be possible to connect to Windows, but it does not show up in the devices list even when I hold the back and + buttons for 5 seconds. There are solutions for macOS such as Sirimote, but I obviously can't use that.
